- Lahore City Deliveries: Dispatched via local express rider or courier within 24 to 48 hours. Same-day clinic pick-up is also available during clinic hours (11:00 am – 7:00 pm).
- Nationwide Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, Gujranwala): Dispatched via reliable trackable courier partners (TCS, Leopards, or Trax) within 2 to 4 business days.
- Tracking: Once dispatched, a live courier tracking number is provided via WhatsApp or SMS.
2. Prescription Digital Hearing Aids Policy
Important Clinical Notice: Prescription hearing aids (Oticon, Widex, Signia, ReSound, Bernafon) cannot be purchased as standard boxed items without diagnostic evaluation.
To ensure patient safety and proper speech amplification, digital hearing devices require in-person Pure Tone Audiometry and Real-Ear Measurement (REM) calibration at our clinic in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. Patients residing outside Lahore who have an existing certified audiogram can consult our clinical team via WhatsApp to arrange personalized pre-programming before courier delivery.
3. Payment Methods

- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide across Pakistan for battery and accessory retail orders.
- Direct Online Bank Transfer (IBFT): Direct bank deposit via Raast or mobile banking to our verified clinic business account.
