1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling an appointment, purchasing accessories, or utilizing the clinical audiology services of Ensound Hearing Centre ("the Practice") online or at our DHA Phase 1, Lahore clinic, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Clinical Prescriptions & Real-Ear Measurement (REM)

Prescription digital hearing aids (including models from Oticon, Widex, Signia, ReSound, and Bernafon) are specialized medical devices. In accordance with international audiological standards:

• Devices cannot be dispensed without a valid diagnostic hearing evaluation (Pure Tone Audiometry).
• Acoustic calibration must be verified using Real-Ear Measurement (REM) equipment to ensure safe amplification levels matching individual ear canal resonance.
• Periodic fine-tuning and adaptation follow-up sessions are recommended to achieve optimal speech discrimination.

3. Pricing, Payments & Delivery

All prices quoted online and in-clinic are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Prescription Hearing Aids: Quoted individually following diagnostic assessment based on required technology level, power receiver, and warranty coverage.
• Retail Accessories & Batteries: Zinc-air hearing aid batteries (sizes 10, 13, 312, 675) and cleaning supplies are dispatched nationwide across Pakistan via trackable courier services.

4. Manufacturer Warranties & Repairs

All genuine hearing aids dispensed by Ensound Hearing Centre carry standard official manufacturer warranties (typically 1 to 2 years depending on the brand and model). Warranties cover internal circuit defects and acoustic component malfunctions under normal usage. Physical damage, moisture submersion, battery leakage, or unauthorized third-party tampering voids the manufacturer warranty.
